Challenge
Replace and upgrade the fire alarm system in an existing 165,000 square foot sports complex while maintaining the existing system and without affecting the owner's ability to use the building. Initial phase schedule six weeks, total project schedule twenty months.

Solution
Assisted vendor in design of fire alarm system wiring and start rough in as design proceeded. Expedited submittals, ordering, shipment and installation of system components. Worked closely with the owner's representative to schedule work in facilities where they were available. Worked three shifts around the clock to complete the project.
