Challenges
Replace existing cooler tower, two chillers and associated pumps with two new 300 ton chillers, one new 650 ton cooling tower and associated chilled water and condenser pumps while building remained occupied.

Solution
Expedited submittal and material delivery process to facilitate installation before cooling season. Replaced cooling tower first and then one chiller at a time so that the building was only without chilling capacity for a short time.
